Terms and Conditions

How to Order

  1. Decide what products you want to order
  2. Email your photos if they are digital or post them to us if they are printed photos or slides (with a stamped self-addressed envelope if you want them returned) and provide details of the products and quantity of each that you require; contact details can be found on the Contact Us page
  3. We will review your photos/slides and advise you whether if we think that they are appropriate size and quality for the products you have selected - for products with large print areas, e.g. Wall Calendars, photos need to be of good quality and resolution in order to look good at large size; typically photos taken with mobile phones are only suitable for smaller products such as fridge magnets
  4. We will provide you with a quote for your order, including postage and packing; all quotes are valid for 14 days from day of issue;
  5. If you decide to accept the quote, then you will need to pay for the order in advance; details of payment options will be sent with the quote and are outlined in the Payment Option section below
  6. We will notify you when we receive payment and will then fulfill your order and dispatch it to the delivery address that you provide

Pricing Policy & Postage and Packing costs

The pricing policy is straightforward, prices are based on quantity and product type. Postage and packing charges are based on size, weight and postal rates applicable at the time - this means you only pay based on your own individual order. Postage and packing costs will be confimed in your quote. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices up to date on our website, final prices will be as confirmed in your personal quote.

Payment Options

We accept payment by cheque or by PayPal if you want to pay by credit or debit card, although we do have to make an additional administration charge of 3.5% for PayPal payments to cover the charges levied by PayPal. Cheques should be made out to Southdown Computer Services Ltd.

Returns

We do quality check all items before they are dispatched, but In the unfortunate event of any items being found to be faulty or damaged on receipt, we will be happy to replace or refund the items as long as they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

Any details you provide to us, including name, address, email, telephone numbers, will only be used by us to contact you regarding purchase or to respond to questions asked by you. We will not use these details for any marketing purposes nor will we pass these details on to any 3rd parties.
